Project Scope: The goal of this project was to help Amy retain her team of independent beauty consultants and assist with customer care. We focused on community building via her private Facebook group page as a way to keep her team engaged. I created and scheduled social media graphics that foster recognition and a sense of community online. Other tasks focused on direct mail outreach such as customizing follow-up sales postcards to encourage reordering. On the backend, I helped Amy create systems to keep track of her interactions with her team. To help improve her with organization and file management, I created reusable templates, such as a tax credit form for those who donated to her business. Projects that are in the works vary from assisting with event planning and customer relationship management.
